Trav's Tire Pros

I took my car here two months ago to get an alignment. Everything was supposed to be good to go. I returned two weeks ago because my tires were almost bald on the front of my car. I had another shop check all the suspension and steering. I was told everything was in great shape. I took it back to Trav's Not Pro's to have them check it. They claimed everything was fine. I asked for a print out of the settings on my car. They had not done that when they checked it. So it sat there for another week. I called daily and got lots of excuses. The owner finally called me late last week to say the settings were off, it had to much positive camber and too much caster. They supposedly fixed it. When I asked them to replace the tires, since they had not set it correctly the first time, the owner had a melt down and swore at me over the phone. The two guys working the front desk on June 27th, 3pm.. they were super helpful and did not trying to push me to spend more money than I needed to at all. I 100% felt like they cared about me and my wallet unlike other car shops I’ve been too. Would recommend and will continue to use these guys.

Seriously can’t say enough good things about these guys! Had an issue with my truck on our way to Yellowstone and every other shop said they wouldn’t be able to get us in until the next day or later that night. My wife called these guys and they got us fitted in and back on the road within the hour! Super cool and knowledgeable team! Great great guys and awesome team they have here!
