This place is amazing!! The customer service was on point and very kind. They were able to breakdown the problem and what it took to repair my truck in laymen terms for me because I don’t know a lot about cars which was very helpful in allowing me to know how to care for it so it doesn’t happen again. They got me in and out, which I was told by every other shop that it wouldn’t be done for week. But now my truck is ready for Memorial Weekend!!! Thank you Meineke!!!

Called two days before to schedule a brake fluid flush and fill. I was informed my vehicle took DOT4 which they did not have but would order. Arrived at my appoint, and after an hour I saw the dropping off of DOT4 brake fluid. No big deal really. Car turned back over to me, nothing mentioned from the tech or the front desk. I was just cleaning my car and one of my lug nut covers fell off. So I started removing them. They broke every single lug nut cover and never mentioned it. Not informing the customer is the real problem here. It’s just wrong to break something on the vehicle and not at least inform the customer. It would be great if someone reached out and offered to correct the situation.

I went in for a burning smell. Their quality of service begins with their customer service Rochelle who was amazing and very knowledgeable. They took care of my concerns very efficiently and I would recommend them to anyone. Service: Vehicle Inspection
