I lost my front bumper hitting a barrier on 89 after sliding in the snow, Layton carcare worked great with my insurance and werw efficient and honest about getting parts and the labor involved. Shout out to JK for his patience in helping me through the process.

From the beginning this place was a bad experience. After doing body repairs on the front end (without even popping the hood to check for internal engine damage) the owner said he would diagnose a sound the car started making after the collision. We were told that it wasn’t related to the accident and argued with us about the fact that it could be related. So I asked, do you guys not ever check under the hood when there is front end damage? To which he replied, let’s go check it. The way he checked it was taking the radiator cap off and saying, looks good! Full to the top! Not once through this process did my wife or myself feel taken care of by this business. Don’t be fooled by the nice new building they have. It does not reflect the actual customer service. Clay is upstanding and honest and does the best work around. I have had Layton Carcare do several small projects and can’t say enough about their quality, not just in my vehicles, but in others that I have seen come out of there. They do an outstanding job at a reasonable price! I highly recommend this establishment!
