BJ's Tire Pros

This would have easily been a 5-star review. I brought my vehicle in, got a price on a tire and was told it was with mounting a balancing. It was done when they said it would be, and communication seemed to be good. HOWEVER, my husband picked up my car for me, and when he asked what the 28$ charge was for "tire protection" the lady told him that I asked for it! I was never informed of an added protection. It was a hidden additional charge in the quote. For her to lie to him and say that I knew about it and wanted it is not only unethical but outrageous! The most upsetting part is that I work with warranties for a living, I would have happily bought it if they were transparent! To top it off, my windshield was completely covered in dried splashed on mud that I can't get off, so that's annoying. You could have a had life long customer, but being sneaky is never okay! There are better ways of doing business and making money. Be honest and upfront with people.

It was a rainy, slushy, snowy day, and I stopped in for new wiper blades. BJs had what I needed and quickly installed it for me, even though the weather was less than desirable. Thank you for great, fast service!
