Great customer service! They went out of their way last Friday to help me get my car back before the weekend. Ben, especially, did a good job of answering my questions through the entire process and helping keep costs lower by using my current bumper in the repair. Service: Body & Trim

The shop did a great job with my repair. I had a front left fender bender that left my tire hanging loose. They repaired it in a timely manner and even left the inside of my car cleaner than when I brought it in. I would definitely recommend this shop for any auto repairs. Service: Body & Trim

After waiting two months to be able to be squeezed in. They delayed my car repair by two weeks after when they said it would be done. They never called to inform me of the delays. I had to call in. I was told I would be called to be given an estimate of the time within the day. Had to call in the next day once again. This time the person hung up on me. Had to call again. Given several different reasons for delay that none of them matched each time they told the story(over the course of several phonecalls). The quality of the repair was good. But the communication is in need of major improvement. (Edit dropped to one star after dismissive and dishonest responses.)
