We were in town from Boise for only a couple of days, and our Audi A3 had a transmission error code. Despite being crazy busy, they squeezed us in and gave us the info we needed about our issue, which gave us peace of mind to make it back. Didn't charge us anything!

I have a 2013 Audi a six that had the under cover torn off while driving through deep snow on our last storm. And it was partially hanging off and I zip tied it up to figure out how to fix it dealership plan they want to $500 for the parts, I found these guys on a Google search which were close to me and called. They kind of offered to check into options for parts and repair that suggest that I come in to look at it to see what they could do I stop by without an appointment and they offered to take a look at it by putting it up on the jack Right there on the spot while I waited and put some larger washers to hold up the heat barrier. The problem is fixed, I didn’t have to spend $500 and they did it as a courtesy. I’ve never had it any car repair of anything done without some significant bill, I appreciate your kindness, and offering to stop the busy schedule to help me out for a few minutes, I will definitely be going back for more service on my Audi.
