I had a great experience with Jakes…they gave me a 48 point “Vehicle Health Report” prior to doing any repairs. The report shows many images with explanations/recommendations as to the mechanical condition of my F350. They gave me a fair estimate and didn’t add any additional cost. I highly recommend Jakes Auto.
These folks are absolutely FANTASTIC! Monica worked with me to be able to get my vehicle into their shop quickly and their techs had it fixed within a few hours.
