The guys at the front desk were so kind. I came in for a simple fix. Initially they told me it would be a couple hours which at that moment I didn’t have time, but they were able to squeeze me in and get me out promptly. Will definitely be coming back to this shop if I ever need to! Service: General repairs & maintenance

There for tires on a Friday, no appointment. They were pretty busy when I got there at 7:40am. I dropped off my van, and they were done in a couple hours. Super friendly and professional! I will definitely go back!

I booked an appointment online through Goodyear to get my tires replaced at this location. When I arrived, I told one of the workers at the desk that I had an appointment for my tires to be replaced. He seemed confused and asked me if I booked online with Goodyear. I let him know that I did book an appointment online and he told me that they "don't do appointments and [he] doesn't know why Goodyear keeps letting people do that even after they have told Goodyear they don't book appointments." I let him know I was happy to wait but he continued to be short and unfriendly. Luckily the guy I interacted with after my car was done was much more kind. I'd consider going back... moral of the story, find a different location if you're booking an appointment through Goodyear. Service: Tires
