These guys will scam you out of your money... A loose nut on a sway bar link to be tighten cost me $100 is outrageous. They'll also hold on to your car for 9 months, and won't get back to you, about what's wrong with it. Go to Midas they're a respectful and fair price shop. I REPEAT DONT COME HERE, OR YOU'LL PAY THE PRICE.

We sent our car to get fixed to Kapp auto care for a small accident involving a front wheel that hit a curb. The mechanic did a great job, the car runs well as expected. This was an insurance claim through our auto insurance. Our deductible was 500 for the claim and Kapp auto with their lack of experience in dealing with third party payers were paid directly from the insurance company cashed all their checks agreeing to do said work for the contract amount and then proceeded to charge me $700.11 for the job. If you’re paying outright for the job these guys might be pretty good to deal with, but if you have an insurance claim beware you could pay a lot more without getting reimbursed from your auto insurance company. There seam to be much more reputable auto shops out there that have more experience. In their defense Kapp is fairly new and maybe are just managed poorly.
