I can't say enough about the customer service provided by Joe and Chip. We have gone to them in a pinch several times and they have yet to disappoint! They do everything they can to meet the needs of their customer, even when the service needed is outside their normal services like tires on a power wheelchair. Thanks for being there for us!

There is definitely something to be said for great service. I drive a little over 100 miles roundtrip to go to this shop. Why, because they are the only ones I absolutely trust with my truck.

Have been coming here since Sterling opened in Clinton. This last experience was heartbreaking to me. Took my motorhome for emissions and service, as I have every year. They didn’t want to change the oil, because they would have to do it outside. So a 66 year old widow will be, in her driveway, outside. Picked it up, and discovered at home a note about a belt being cracked. No phone call, no offer to repair or replace, again, a 66 year old widow will be. The level of service has declined drastically in the past year. Such a shame. Loyalty and service no longer matter. Time to find a new service provider from r tires and repairs. So sad. I will never recommend anyone again.
