I had no idea this gem was down the street from me. To start off…i was very skeptical going in because this was the suggested auto repair under my daughters warranty with CarMax. That being said….I am/was extremely SATISFIED with the level of customer service and professionalism. One you can book an appointment on line which was not a fluke they actually had it in the system. I was able to get a tow for the vehicle and didn’t have to wait HOURS like some places. The gentleman handling my daughters vehicle, Keith, was so helpful and transparent. Actually the entire process was very transparent. Speaking on transparency…once the diagnostics was completed they sent my daughter a link which opened up to her detailed and I mean DETAILED issues on the vehicle with a breakdown of costs s for each repair. This was my first time at Rusty’s Garage and I have to say they have gained a permanent customer! I came in at 5:00 pm on a Friday and Keith was welcoming and very thorough. This shop goes over and above. They took pictures of the recommendations and sent me a link that I can review later or schedule accordingly!! What a wonderful experience!!! Along with the great service, I was given a free car wash voucher and road side assistance certificate! Great place to take your vehicle!!! I will be back for sure!!!
