Midas

Tried to use the online booking service to schedule an alignment, Midas was recommended by discount tire & I thought I would give them a shot. Even though this is a service listed on the website, a selectable option & available to schedule a time for this exact service, an associate called to inform me they do not take appointments for alignments. I was told instead of being able to come at the time I needed too (since I run 2 retail stores my time off is limited), that I would have to come in and wait until they could get to me? "Plan on waiting 1-2 hours before we can get to it". Uhhh, no thanks. That's why I needed to plan ahead; I don't have 4 hours of spare time for a service that should take about an hour. I will not be using Midas.

They take care of me! Every time I go there I know I am going to have great customer service and service of my vehicle.

The folks at this Midas location are great! I found them while searching for a place to get my brakes done. I liked the reviews I read, so I made an appointment. I am very pleased with how everything was handled and the pricing was fair and what I expected. I'm glad I found a place to take my car in the future if needed. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a mechanic!
