Updated with major issue. $100 charge to tell us to take it to the dealership. I asked why the charge - they said for diagnostics to read the lights… I said the “lights” said what was wrong with it - “check tire pressure” and “coolant low.” Left $100 poorer with a “coolant low” light still on and an appointment at the nearest dealership. We’ve been coming here for years for inspections and repairs but I think we’ll start going elsewhere sadly as I just don’t feel this was right to charge us to say go elsewhere. Oh, and they had it overnight telling us they were waiting on parts to fix it because parts come at the end of the day, but when we called in the morning they hadn’t done anything and hadn’t planned to. Update - MAJOR DANGER. I was driving it to the dealership and realized on the highway that they hadn’t fastened the hood closed before they gave it back to us. I started using Grogan’s Mill Shell Car Center when I needed a quick inspection when moving to the area. It was the closest to my home so I pulled in and I’m glad I did. It has been my go-to for all my car needs since then. They are fast, convenient and always nice and professional! They aren’t always trying to sell me extra stuff/services like most places I’ve been to. I feel they are honest and also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I would highly recommend this business for all your car care needs!

Amazing service. Dropped my Nissian Altima off to get AC checked. VIC called and gave me many options to fix AC. Very quick, and Professional. TBH I I’m surprised they don’t have a 5 star rating. Will definitely be coming back for all my mechanical needs.
