I was sent here because it’s was the shop my insurance chose and didn’t think too much about it, however, if your insurance ever sends you here, please do not go here. My car was at the shop for 2 months even though their original estimated time was a month in advance. They also never gave me updates on my car, the only update I got was an automated text saying the same thing every week and that “it was almost completed.” According to them my car was “almost completed” for a whole month. Every time I called for a status on my car they always had a excuse to give and even told me that the car was sitting out too long and need to change out the battery. Of course when I got the car the damaged area was repaired, but the tire pressure was low and the car was dirtier than when I brought it in with leftover pens on the floor and dead bugs that was not there when I first brought it in. Granted none of the members were straight out rude or unworkable, but the service is by far the worst I’ve

The staff was great! Betty was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My car was clean and looked amazing. They listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!
