Overview: Wouldn't recommend, very poor diagnosis and communication. Unnecessarily long time from vehicle drop off to repaired. Cost probably average. Got the work done in the end. Full: Before I went to this place I had a failure on a coolant system component and replaced it myself, but the engine overheated again after my work so I knew there was another problem. Figured I would be better off having a professional diagnose and repair the system, wow was I wrong choosing this place. This is not the place to go if you want to work face to face with a mechanic that you can communicate with. You cannot speak with your mechanic. After leaving the vehicle at the shop for 2 days, their diagnosis was "it's fine". They charged me $135 for their efforts and my vehicle overheated 20 minutes after driving off the lot. Overheating engines aren't an uncommon issue and they displayed clear lack of effort in diagnosing this failure on my vehicle. Called them and they emphasized that they had

When I took my car in (which I drove there) somehow the gear shift got disconnected from the transmission. First they said I came and got under the hood myself and disconnected it. Like blamed me for it. Then they manually shifted it into drive to move it to the back. They turned off the key and couldn’t remove the key. He called and asked if there was a secret to get the key out. After a quote of up to $1300 to just check it out I decided to just get my car. When I got there they told me the car is still in drive and they can’t get the keys out. When I go to leave the tech shows me how to manually put the car in drive or park under the hood. The car was still in drive from when they took it back. Answer me this. What car lets you take out the key when it’s in drive. I put it in park and the key came right out. All this after the grumpy front desk guy told me “oh we know what we are doing”. Work on your communication. You would call me and tell me information that contradicts the info

This place was great. I was in the area from out of town having some transmission issues. They squeezed me in that day to get my truck in to look at. They seem to care about people and not just making money. I would highly recommend them. Service: Transmission
