Ripley's Total Car Care

Needed new brakes and this place came recommended by several friends. Called them to schedule something and they were quick to get me in. Dropped my car off overnight for them to look at the next day and by the following day (early afternoon) they’d done all the work needed to get me back safely on the road. They’d given me an estimated time on how long the work would take, and actually completed the job a bit before that. The quote they gave me for everything that needed to be done did not change at the time of job completion, and the price seemed fair for the work done. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Drove off and everything seems on the up and up with my vehicle so I’m happy with the service.

Service from the counter to the individual was very good. I believe the workmanship performed is good - I have not inspected it, but have had no problems so far. The timing was off as they thought it would be finished at 4 and wasn’t ready until just after 5. I would / will refer people to Ripley automotive in the future. I recurved a quote for additional work and it was significantly higher ($3,200 verse’s $4,700). Service: Auto brake repair

These guys here are 100% professionals & as honest as it gets. I went in for service & was BLESSED when they fixed my problem in minutes. I couldn't believe the labor cost???? let's just say it was as free as it gets! Thanks you guys you are definitely my new shop!
