I called about my AC having issues in this baking Texas heat and Jim told me what was wrong over the phone within seconds about what it could be, got me in the shop in a short time, fixed and on my way within an hour. This has to be one of the toughest years of my life, as I’m married and I’m struggling right now. I thought I would make it to work with no gas but I got stuck.
