Stephen R. with Milstead is the perfect example of excellent customer service, he was professional, kind and put us at ease, we were on 45 S, people were flying by, it was very scary! He got our vehicle hooked up and towed to safety, in an extremely timely manner, it was over 100 degrees! If you ever need a tow call Milstead and ask for Stephen R!! The cost of the tow was so reasonable as well, Milstead and Stephen R. are the ones to call on when you need assistance, the absolute best there is! Thank you, Stephen for rescuing us!!
Megan was awesome! She got to my house in a timely fashion, gave the car a quick jump and got my car towed quickly. Easy peasy. Megan was super friendly and highly competent. I’d request her next time I need a tow. Great job Milstead!
