I went on a Saturday because my car battery had died and I kept having to jump it to get my car started. They did have the specific battery that I need it but I did have to wait about an hour or so before they could get to me. The service I received was great about the only bad thing I'd experience was that one hour wait.

I went to buy a car battery. I bought AGM H5 Core Charge Car battery and paid $207.67 at check out. I came home, my neighbor helped me to jump start, and it did work, my car started. Next day, I drove back to Walmart to return the battery, but the auto center was already closed, and the regular customer center did not accept return. Following day, I went back to Walmart to return and presented receipt at auto center. They refused to return, because they claimed I hooked up the battery in my car, Which I never did. I did not open and check the cap while buying it because I was not too familiar with batteries. I requested them to arrange a discussion with a manager about the situation. Manager came in after 20 minutes. He did not want to listen to me. He was talking rudely. He did not show any professionalism or customer service. But after this incident, I felt cheated and betrayed. They questioned my integrity but did not accept their mistake to place a pre-used battery in their new ba
