If you want honesty and fair price stay with your private mechanic whom you know and trust. Don't use "chain" businesses. You get there with a simple maintenance fix (alignment) , they will find that everything is wrong with a car and will happily replace everything at your expense. There is always something "wrong", "worn out" or "broken", therefore they can't provide warranty, which I didn't request to begin with, and you, of course, need to pay more for extras. There is no way for you to check if that's right or wrong. I know nothing is "broken" or "worn out" in my car as I keep an eye on everything regularly. If they have an "opinion" that something is "broken" , then I don't need an opinion. I need facts, and this is what I am paying for! Opinions can go long way and not necessarily the right way. You are there at the mercy of so-called " customer service". Some reviewers describe their job as "diligent". It is "diligent" at scamming that's for sure. I DO NOT recommend such servic

Absolutely unbelievable service! I had a flat tire suddenly on my run flat tires on my BMW. Not only did they replace the flat with the EXACT tire, they diagnosed the back tire with punctures and had that tire replaced in less than 3 hours. I depend on my car to get to and from the medical center, and they had the replacements ordered and on my car before I could even call to check! Just amazing customer service and care!!
