I had taken all my previous vehicles here for tires. I will not make that mistake again. I brought my truck here to have a tire patched and they told me they wouldn't do because they didn't feel comfortable doing it. I respected it and chose to trust them because they are the "Experts," right? After getting the tires replaced and paying I decided to see how much the tires costed because I felt like the amount I payed was really high for some street tires. I then come to find out that what I was charged compared to what I found online was a hundred plus dollar difference per tire. I decide to use Goodyear as my "Trusted Advisor" respectively in this matter and I wont again. I suggest price shopping and to make sure they give you a competitive offer.

Perfect experience at Goodyear! Found out that I had to replace my AC unit and they were so helpful. Very kind and communicative staff! My car was in good hands. Definitely taking my car back for maintenance and other repairs as long as I’m in San Marcos :)

Took a vehicle for a simple oil change. Was told that they could change the oil "right now". After I waited for a half an hour and my car had not been taken into the bay I left. This place needs to be more responsible and do what they say. Not recommended.
