I’m so impressed with this shop. I called around a few of the “big name” places, all of which were unhelpful and uncaring. When I called Tire Factory Outlet, they were extremely pleasant on the phone and eager to patch my tire. The gentlemen at the front desk were happy to help when I arrived. Prices were extremely fair. I recommend without hesitation!!!
My daughter's car was having issues with a braking system notification. They made time to fit her into their schedule this week which I greatly appreciated. The persons at Tire Factory Outlet were professional and honest in the diagnostic work they were able to complete on the vehicle and recommendations made.
