I have been bringing my Volvo here for almost 2 years now. This place is great, they always take wonderful care of me. It’s never as busy as some of the other local shops and they get everything done very quickly. The service techs are always friendly and knowledgeable, plus, they never try and up-sell me on anything I don’t need!
I went in for a state inspection, and my inspector hit the front of my car into the curb. I saw him do this, had dashcam footage, and then he lied to my face and said he didn't hit the curb. I went to the store two days later and spoke with the assistant manager. The assistant manager said he would reach back to me on Monday the following week but then GHOSTS ME. Horrible customer service. Service: Vehicle Inspection
I come to this location for all oil changes and inspections. They make everything easy and convenient. Typically I drop off the car and within the hour they call and let me know my car is ready for pick-up. Thank you gentlemen for your help!
