I have used this place 3x now for both insurance and out of pocket repairs. They taught me look around as their prices are better than I was quoted at those chain body shops, and the work has been fault-free. I've never had a car in there I was in any hurry to get back, but their repair speed appears to be adequate. The estimator, front desk person, and all communication with them has been professional and courteous. I stumbled in there looking for a former body shop that once existed there, and these guys out-perform the others I have used. Pignatelli Collision is Truly a 5 star service company. Because of the recent hail storm we had in our area, we had all of our cars (3 brand new) serviced by them. We are very pleased with their honesty, courtesy, and high quality of the job performed. Our cars look brand-new again. Also, unfortunately for us, because of the storm we had to have all 3 cars in at the same time, and Pignatelli worked tirelessly and diligently to the best of their capability to fix them in a short amount of time making sure that we can return to our everyday day life as soon as possible. Best place ever to have any paint done on complicated paint mixes. I have Iridium Blue on my Q50. The match is perfect. I was extremely happy with the service they provided from beginning to end. Had some scratches touched up that couldn’t be buffed out and then I decided to touch up the chipped paint as they recommended while doing the work on the front bumper. It’s a new front bumper now.
