Midas

I just moved into the area from California, I have never used a Midas before. This Midas caught my attention because every time I pass by they are busy so they must be doing something right. I couldn't be more right!! I walked into the shop and it was the cleanest shop I have ever been too. Sebastian took care of me and offered me bottle of water after writing me up for my scheduled maintenance. Everyone was very friendly and it was just such an amazing environment to be in. You can tell all the workers love working there and have a blast together. Thank you Sebastian and team. I will be bringing all my vehicles to you guys from now on!! Today was the first time that I have been to Midas in NRH on 26. After today I will be a regular customer. By far some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. The Store Manager Tony was awesome. A special shout out to Robert who I watched go above and beyond to take care of an elderly customer. His kindness was unmatched Robert - Tony and the entire staff genuinely care about the customers. The team walked me through the issues with my car and they fixed everything in a timely manner at a very fair price. The customer area is very clean and inviting. Tony has built a Good Customer Service Culture that resonates throughout the staff.

Had an appointment for a oil filter service. My car was done in a timely manner, employees were professional and friendly. Prices were more than reasonable. If you're looking for a honest repair facility this is the place to go to!
