I would give a 0 if possible, I took my 2006 f150 in less than two years ago. they quoted a little over $1800.00 for a complete replacement of my AC system. I had to rent a car twice as the repairs weren't done right the first time. when I got the truck back Wayne said it didn't need a compressor which I thought was off as the truck was 13 years old and I was very specific that I wanted and would pay for a new system that would last. yesterday the ac went out AGAIN, I called and Wayne said the warranty was only for one year and that it would be at least $700.00 best case. I wasted $1843.19, I hope this helps you make your decision. Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Called for simple estimate that they couldn't provide and was hung up on after being told they didn't want to hear what I had to say nor did they want to do any repair... Poor customer service from Wayne...The lady that answered was absolutely a sweetheart though... ????

Had a really poor experience with Cool Air Automotive. They didn't fix my ac as agreed upon, rather took almost $2000 for doing nothing. Their customer service is nonexistent. They have no desire to keep you as a customer or make things right. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
