Last Sat. 28 January 2023, I took my son's 328i to German Motor Works for an oil change & replace a headlamp & turn signal bulb. Excellent service! Matt (GM) & Asad run a professional, with good ole' homegrown courtesy operation. My son had been taking his car to European Service Center in Highland Park. Their work is shoddy at best. Service: Oil change
ive been to this location before and had a great experience.. recently in the area and stopped by and was amazed by how incompetent the young dude at the front counter was.. must be under new management.. dear shop owner, go invest in someone knowledgeable in how german motors work, one that has heard of the word "customer service." Not a customer deterrent employee.
