Richardson Discount Tire & Auto Repair

I’ve used Discount Tire many times. I went to the Richardson store for the first time since it was close to work. Big mistake. I feel like I was lied too and misled on what I actually needed. I was falsely told I needed a tire replacement and had no warranty. After consulting the Discount Tire in Garland, I was told that not only did I not need the tire replacement but it was in fact still under warranty. I was also told the tread depth at the Richardson store and the Garland store told me it was inaccurate. I will not visit the Richardson store again. Garland store was able to correct this, saved me $200, and the customer service was excellent. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tires

This is a great mechanic shop if you're looking for quality and low prices. They treated me right and did it right the first time. I would definitely keep taking my car to them no matter what car I have.

Went by to get tires checked. Had 2 bad tires so I had them replaced. One week later, driving to get necessities for my home and the tire flew off in traffic. Thank God my children and I wasn't hurt or caused damage to others. Called to share what happened and got a nasty response. The next day I was off and I made a trip there. All I got was nasty attitude from a Latino looking guy. He told me that it wasn't possible with this that and the third. I really wanted to slap the hell out of him. We could've died but never again to stop in Richardson at this shop for nothing. I wouldn't recommend, or have a second mechanic to look over their work.
