Jim and his staff are the absolute best! They are super smart, totally honest, very accommodating, and affordably priced! They treat you like family. :-) I would not take my car anywhere else, and when I need a car service that Jim does not do, he promptly has a reliable person to recommend. Look no further than these guys if you want any car repair/servicing. Jim and his team are exceptional at what they do - and just overall great folks. Last year, my car had an overheating issue and was not road-worthy. I took it to their shop the day after. At that very same day, they we're able to determine the issue and got it fixed (water pump leak). They also did it at a fraction of a cost than to going to the dealership. Recently, I took a couple of used car to their shop and had them inspected for mechanical issues. It turned out that one of them had several issues that were less than obvious. Jim and his team are top notch. I have been a loyal customer since the late 90s after two locations of another shop were unable to resolve an engine problem (that other shop was either dishonest or incompetent and had claimed it was a transmission problem). Jim quickly identified the problem and got it resolved. I moved to Frisco in 1998 and I still go ~30 miles to Jim b/c he has proven himself time and time again and I know I can trust him to give me wise counsel. He lays out the options without pressure so that I can decide whether to put the money into fixing a problem on an older vehicle vs. to start shopping for a replacement. I have referred a lot of friends to Advanced Automotive over the years and I always get great feedback from them, just as I expected because I know Jim can be trusted. I am a customer for life! I just can't believe I have not thought of leaving a review before!
