Update: still not gone back. Sorry to say, had good service until.....they did a radiator flush and did not bleed it, so my engine overheated and....following phone calls....they did nothing. I was out an engine, $3,500 and "it was my problem". I believe in small business, but this is not right. Bad service, bad workmanship, they did not correct it, or offer me anything. I had to sell my car and get a new one. Cost me thousands. I do not do many bad reviews, but this is UNETHICAL WORKMANSHIP. (Edit, update. While I was understanding what was going I with my vehicle, poor customer service, I could have been talked to with a little respect, rather than telling me this was my problem and I had one option, new engine. If they did a good job to begin with, which was a minor issue, and they "bled the air", this would have never happened. Again, I apologize for a bad review, but I have to be honest and don't want anybody to go through what I went through.)

Quoted me over $600 to replace a side mirror. After questioning the price the lady was rude/curt with me. I drove 3 miles down the road to the actual dealership to get quote and it was $300. Dishonest and poor customer service.
