I went to a Jiffy Lube and they referred me to The Auto Shop for a difficult air cabin filter replacement. I went early so I was the first customer of the day and they got me right in the door. The first thing I noticed was the size of the place and I said to myself "how could a place this massive be kept so clean?" Everything from the lobby, waiting room, bathroom, and mechanics bay was spotless. They ended up having to reconfigure my cabin air filter, because my truck didn't originally come with one. After almost an hour wait they handed me my truck keys and I stood there waiting to be charged. I stood there for a moment and finally asked how much and they said "awww, it was an easy job don't worry about it." I'm frequently looking for a mechanic and from this day on I'll search no more. I know most people don't look forward to vehicle repairs or major maintenance. Add to that it's not my expertise so I'm concerned if someone will do a good job at a fair price. That's why I use the the auto shop. Those worries and concerns are gone. I've used them over many years with multiple vehicles and will continue to come back.
