2 vehicle serviced in this place. 1. Low mileage European sedan AC repair. Done pretty decent job, AC works ok, not as it used to be, but stable enough. Around $1000 2. Engine issues on 150K mileage European sedan. Sedan issues were: misfire, oil leaking Service #1. Paid $940 took them a week to replace spark plugs. Got the vehicle back, misfire continues, check engine, no visual improvements Service #2. Paid $860. They wanted to replace valve gaskets and spark coils. Got the vehicle back after 1 week, strong smell of burned oil. Car won't run, all sorts of lights on dash. Gave the car back. They returned the vehicle after 3-4 days. Same situation happened after 5 mins of running the vehicle. Left a vehicle for 1 more week with the warning that I won't tolerate that stuff anymore. After I got the vehicle back I was able to drive for about 1 week without issues. After 1 week got the same engine problem (check engine, EPS, oil smell etc) and decided to use another shop. Personnel was friendly and efficient, they were able to fit me in in the middle of the day and their prices were very competitive. Their waiting area was just a little hot, but still comfortable and clean. Overall I'm very happy with my experience, will definitely go back.
