I had booked for a 930 appointment. Arrived just before and went to the desk employee to check in. Told he would be with me very soon. Then totally ignored. Waited and waited to be checked in. Not even an acknowledgment even when the office was empty. Very poor customer service.
This was the first time I took my car to Integrity 1st Automotive. The gentleman behind the counter, Charles, was friendly, professional, and accommodating to those who walked in. After being told that I needed a new gas cap in order to pass inspection, the technician installed it at no additional charge after I brought one in for him. In my experience, most places charge for every repair. I highly recommend Integrity 1st Automotive.
Just moved into area and glad I found this Super team of folks, fixed an issue with a difficult error code I was having with my car. Kept the cost reasonable and in an efficient manner.
