Durango's Auto Service

I moved to Pasadena this year and as a young female I often get ripped off at auto shops... Not Durango’s. Very nice Father and Son business with extremely knowledgeable mechanics who ALWAYS call with a quote before making any repairs. Definitely the only shop I will go to. the reviews are TRUE. My check engine light came on and Auto Zone’s reader said it was a fuel pump issue, Durango’s diagnostic showed it was a separate piece for my intake near my exhaust that was malfunctioning, not my actual fuel pump (which would’ve been more expensive to replace). very thankful for them! This is a father/son business which I found by driving down the street when looking for a shop to repair the suspension of my truck. Oscar, the son, was very cordial and helpful and told me he could take me home so I wouldn't have to wait. The job was done that day, well performed and reasonably priced. This auto shop has been on Preston in in Pasadena for years! My oldesr daughter Carlee uses them for her mechanical needs. They are reasonable, reliable, and just good honest workers. They do stay busy but are good at letting you know a timeline and working you in.
