Bought my vehicle here back in July, I had asked them to see if they can run a diagnostics on my electrical, they had charge me $100 to do that and their results was I needed a new alternator. I had installed a new alternator that was new working condition into the vehicle, but the vehicle was not charging still. I go down back to the mechanic shop and told them the situation and ask to see if they can run a diagnostics again to make sure that it wasn't something else. And the owner in a rude tone told me that, "he did not want to mess with my vehicle it is a waste of their time and I not their problem.". As a paying customer and someone who needs a reliable mechanic this is definitely not the place I would want to recommend anybody if that is the kind of rude tone someone should receive. This auto shop is a Godsend! My car stopped working and had to get towed here. Prior to this situation, I only came here for oil changes & they’ve always been professional and efficient. Because my damages were due to wear and tear, my insurance would not cover the repair work. Center Street Auto worked with me to fix my car, while charging me an extremely reasonable price.
