I’m giving 5 stars mostly based on their quality customer service. Lee made me feel like I could trust them after previously dealing with untrustworthy dealerships and shops that lied about things I needed. Over and over I got second opinions just to be told the work was totally unnecessary. Recently I paid for a new starter only to have to buy a new battery a couple of weeks later. I’m sure I didn’t need that starter and the shop could have checked my battery out instead of recommending the starter. I came here for an inspection and they offered to do an overall check free for my upcoming trip (I’ve previously paid $100 for that elsewhere). They did find some things that needed work and replacement which are believable and are recommended at this mileage. I hope I’ve found a new trustworthy place I can return to and recommend.
