I experienced the greatest customer service than I have from any other business. Greeted with a handshake and a smile, there was no doubt in my mind I came to the right place. They were expedient with the repairs and were honest with what should be taken care of. The place is awesome It's clean and the personnel are professional. Horrible experience with this shop. I went in for minor repairs on my vehicle through the insurance. It took them over a week for pictures and then it had been 3 wks after and the estimate had not been sent to the insurance even though I would call them and my insurance was also calling. Eventually they stopped answering my calls and I had to restart at another shop. I was patient with them because of the previous good reviews but I don’t know what has changed or if they are overwhelmed but they need to improve with their overall business. April 27th A follow up of previous review. They finally sent the estimate to my insurance and I was able to get my vehicle serviced. The job on my vehicle was excellently done. I am very pleased with the work they did but I am still disappointed at the whole process. Service: Body & Trim
