Diaz Auto Collision

Horrible experience with this shop. I went in for minor repairs on my vehicle through the insurance. It took them over a week for pictures and then it had been 3 wks after and the estimate had not been sent to the insurance even though I would call them and my insurance was also calling. Eventually they stopped answering my calls and I had to restart at another shop. I was patient with them because of the previous good reviews but I don’t know what has changed or if they are overwhelmed but they need to improve with their overall business. April 27th A follow up of previous review. They finally sent the estimate to my insurance and I was able to get my vehicle serviced. The job on my vehicle was excellently done. I am very pleased with the work they did but I am still disappointed at the whole process. Service: Body & Trim

I have used Diaz Auto collision twice now and I've alwayshad a great and positive experience with their customer service and craftsmanship. Everyone involved here has always been honest with me and told me exactly what is going on. They are also very flexible with insurance claims and help guide clients through the process of having their cars repaired. I highly recommend this place. When picking up my car, I was excited to get it back (of course) but also very amazed with their service. I felt the same excitement as when I first purchased my car as it looked brand new. Overall, great customer service and excellent work. Thank you so much, Diaz!
