I normally don't leave reviews, but reviews is what brought me to Axle & Wheel Aligning Company in the first place. Coming from out of town I brought my truck for a suspension and alignment check and waited while they worked on it. While waiting for my truck to be worked on I noticed a few things that made me know I brought my truck to the right place. First thing I noticed was how the woman in the office was handling her customers questions and the phone calls she was receiving. She was very thorough with her explanation of what was wrong with customers vehicles and what was needed. Never did she try to up sell anything and even offered recommendations and other options the customers could look into. I was also impressed with how she was explaining to one customer how it appeared someone else recently worked on the vehicle, made her recommendations and gave the customer the option to take it back to them to see if they would warranty the work they already completed.
