I went there because I thought I needed one thing, which I ended up not needing. They told me what exactly to do. They didn’t try to make me buy products I didn’t need. The only mishap I noticed was the wheel lock for my tires should have been handed to me or at least mentioned where it was left because this is a necessary piece that all customers need for future mechanics to remove the tires for maintenance. I had to call your shop to confirm its location, which the personnel explained where it was left, and I did find it. To avoid future concerns with wheel locks, I’d recommend giving them directly to the customers.

I went there for an alignment for my vehicle and after a quick inspection they determined it didn’t need an alignment; instead, they address a few issues, and also provided me with options and a quote without being pushy. I greatly appreciated their work & advice. Thanks!
