Customer Service for customers and communication amongst their staff is non existent. Multiple attempts over a span of several days to pick up the vehicle only to be told every time "the work wasn't finished yet" (understandable that things happen, items have to be modified or ordered but honestly it was a new excuse almost everyday). On final attempt, notified vehicle would be ready by 5pm. Drove away at 615pm but they still tried to charge $200 extra for the "additional time" to do the work. As I drove away noticed part of the work was incomplete and pointed it out to them. I was told "they were supposed to fix that".

Andy worked his magic on my 2013 Subaru brz and even offered to delive the car to my house while I was in the hospital having my second child. My brz looks better than when I bought it.

Best body shop I've dealt with in the area. Took in my vehicle, they dealt with the insurance and got the job done. It's the only place I go for body work.
