My alternator needed to be replaced and upon towing my car to San Marcos Toyota I experienced excellent service from Glen Cisneros (Service Advisor). He was prompt and very knowledgeable on my vehicles needs. I would highly recommend taking your car here!
This is not the dealership I purchased from but it's now "my" dealership. The one I purchased from push for some pretty shady business practices. Service department here organized and let's you know up front what's going on and estimated timing. Especially like the number placards to keep everyone in correct order.
