Mr. Ángel was very nice but not experienced so he called his boss who had a very arrogant attitude. You lost a customer and hope Nissan understands that they can’t treat people like that. Terrible customer service!
I dropped my car off due to transmission issues in my Sentra and Nikki was very helpful throughout the whole process and constantly kept me updated. They even extended the warranty on my vehicle and replaced all my recalled parts free of charge as well. I didn’t have to pay for anything and my vehicle was returned to me washed and clean. Overall, the best experience I’ve had with any dealer or car service repair as well. Service: Transmission
