Transmission failure at 116,500 miles with my 2016 Chev suburban. Discussed with James on replacement. He recommended a Jasper transmission instead of a GM transmission. GM has had problems with their 6 speed transmission. He has had 25 years working with GM vehicles. He was able to discuss pros and cons on transmission replacement. I selected the Jasper. Although it cost more, is was a great selection. Warranty is great. James is a very down to earth individual with great auto experience. I plan to use James on all my vehicles repairs.
