First time visiting this Mansfield location and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient service and explanations on the items that needed replaced (ie. air filter and cabin filter). I had an oil change and state inspection and it was done in a very timely manner. This is my new oil change place. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
Great costumer service. They had forgotten to install the undercarriage cover but it's fine they caught it and fixed it. It's vital they take thier time and one needs to be patient and understanding. I seen the guy working underneath was sweating. Reminded me of myself.
I came in for an oil change, even though I had to tell them MULTIPLE times that all I wanted was an oil change, they repeatedly tried to sell various services. Once I left, I discovered that my air conditioner was not working. When I had my AC serviced elsewhere, they discovered where all my freon leaked from, and it is easily accessible from under the hood. I WILL NOT be back.
