I just sst at the walmart automotive for 35min ...in front of the oil change entrance and no one said a word till I got out and ask how long and they tell me 45 freaking minutes just for oil change...????♂️????♂️ u coudnt just tell me that from the begining for I could of just drove off.. bad customer service
Took 2 hrs to change 1 tire I had to bust lug nut my self with electric impact with 1 bar on the battery then the manager wants to have a attitude definitely won't be going back to auto service
Got a full synthetic oil change. It still lists they are checking all the fluids, washing the window and vacuuming the inside. I told them my vehicle takes 5.5 quarts not 6 they still put in 6. Most of my fluids they put "declined" instead of checking them. Same with the vacuum. I did not decline those services. Then to top it all off they forgot to put my dipstick back in properly and got oil all over my vehicle! The employees do not care about your vehicle do not service your vehicle here!
