Eagle Automotive & Transmission

Today I brought my truck in to Eagles Transmission and found out that my transmission oil was mistakenly drained instead of my engine oil. The staff was very accommodating and kind. They let me know what was wrong with my car and even replaced the transmission oil and engine oil without charging me. I recommend this shop, the staff was very patient and kind and so generous! The person who helped me was Mike and he was an expert in transmission. O’Neil was the manager who also helped me out. Service: Transmission

The new manager Jason is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Went in today about 12 PM for help with my transmission (warranty) and got a call back by 3:00 PM by him letting me know that he had located the problem and fixed it correctly!! Have to admit I didn’t have the best of attitude going in due to previous management, but Jason is a very genuine and straight up guy! He was completely sympathetic and understanding towards me about the entire situation and why I was so upset. I’m very glad this business has a great manager like Jason now and will definitely be coming back in the future for any work I need on any of my cars!! -Thank you Jason again!

My dad always recommends this place for a good, free diagnostic to get an initial opinion on any car issues. Jason (new management) was very friendly & was able to get my car fixed in the same day with a simple fix. He was honest about the process & took care of it free of charge. Would highly recommend!
