After being a customer here for years, I am sad to say I will never bring B&M any more business. I highly advise you to do the same. After the owner passed away, a new shop foreman has been hired who is incredibly unprofessional, including being quite rude. Not only did he refuse to accept my vehicle on tow, deeming it unworthy of spending any more money on, he was very rude to my wife and myself on the phone. He never offered any alternatives or suggestions. Just refused to help in any way. B&M used to do good work, and always at a fair price. But they have always taken extraordinarily long to fix vehicles. Often I would have to wait weeks between updates. But I knew I could trust them. Sadly that is no longer the case.

Always a good place to take your car. They shoot straight with you about everything. They always seem to have reasonable costs associated. Great place!
