I wouldn't recommend this place if your insurance tries to send you here. Had tried to come in for an estimate for my challenger and right away when the manager looked at it and started making excuses on why he couldn't fix it. If your a professional collision company you can fix anything. Just cause I drive a Dodge Challenger they wouldn't even wanna touch it. That should tell you you a little something about their work in the shops. Gladly told them thanks for you time but your not confident enough to work on my vehicle, goodbye!

Disappointed with their customer service. You have to have an appointment even for an estimate and then you wait even a little longer. Estimate not available as quickly as promised. Estimate was 3 X’s the amount of what I was charged by another company who provided estimate and service within a 3 day process.

AVOID MANSFIELD SERVICE KING! I was referred to SK by my insurance for an estimate to repair hail damaged auto. I spoke with SK and explained my insurance referred me and requested a quote. Initially they refused to give the estimate but agreed after I explained the my insurance referred me to them and they required a quote. After a brief hold the receptionist informed me that they would do the estimate after all and the manager himself agreed to do so. Fast forward to our scheduled 6/22 appointment at 4pm. Wife arrived on time as scheduled only to be informed BY THE MANAGER THAT HE WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO DO THE ESTIMATE AND REFERRED US ELSEWHERE AS HE SAID ~ this is where we send all everyone else.
