Great team at Mansfield P&B! They consistently updated me throughout the process and fixed all of the damage to my vehicle. Very professional team and staff.
Initially, upon calling this place, I was connected with one of the rudest people I have encountered in a while. I was rushed to get my veh after only 1 day of it being ready...received my vehicle and had to return it for minor repairs. Edgar was wonderful in the end! I will use CarStar again only because of Edgar. I am very pleased with the finished job.
Hats off and great job to the amazing guys and gals that run this shop!!! From start to finish the process was smooth Edgar, Mohamed, Frank, Sean, & Sam (if I forgotten some folks I’m sorry) worked so well together and always were on the same page!!! That’s hard to find in a GOOD body shop way better that service king or caliber …. No consistency there! Here I had 2 separate instances that I needed a shop and a rental …. They passed the test with flying colors! Kept me in the loop as the days/weeks pasted and delivered as great final product!!! Again Hats off, Well done and most of all Thank you!
