Kwik Kar Little Elm

Lots of shake-up and some great people seemed to have left. It's not familiar anymore and these new people are trying to encourage tipping. Makes me nervous that they may not handle my car the best if I don't tip. When I asked for Daphne, they seemed confused and couldn't answer. As I read some of the reviews below, it's apparent that something is going on here. Also, many of their positive reviews are from current employees of the shop. Daphne was great, I hope we can find out where she is now working. I always thought she was the owner because of how well she treated people. The staff was friendly, professional, and fast. I went to Firestone and was quoted $3300 and this place sliced the repair and price in half. This is my new automobile Repair shop

I brought 4 different vehicles there no check engine light on, they've been driven forever and they still won't pass them.I think there is something wrong with there equipment. I bring the same cars to a different place and they pass them. I will never bring my cars back to them.
