Rude store associate Eric(thats his name) I bought wipes from another store and came to pick it up at this store. There was this associate who was so rude and condescending. He told us to go and look for the wipes ourselves, as if we work there. If you didn’t want to work there why are you even at work. Whats the purpose of good customer service when you are this rude. He was trying to intimidate us not to ask him anything. He didn’t even bother to look at the receipt rather tell us to look for the wipe. Thanks to Freddy who helped us after his coworker was rude. Freddy was nice and friendly.

Great service, nice person helped me and went above and beyond. I needed brake light and he put it in for me without my asking.

Clean, convenient. I frequent this location. It’s usually a lot better. This Saturday morning it was different. The guy working the counter was checked out. No concerns for customer service. Click the screen, collect money. Certainly not capable of assisting solve issues. There are plenty of other auto parts stores that will actually offer good service with a professional attitude. Not this one.
