Whatever you do don’t come here!! Maxwell and jaxson looked at my wife’s tire and they said they “ patched her tire” they forgot to patch it and sent her on her way. She was stuck on the side of the road out of work for multiple days because they left her tire unpatched. They also failed to mention it to her so she now needed a new tire and her car was damaged due to this! They will scam you here or ruin your car here do not come here.

Please check Yelp for an accurate rating of this store. I would avoid this place at all costs if possible. Rude employees like they're forced to work there, lack of proper communication, and poor service quality is just a few things you can notice. I stopped by with my 3yo because of a flat tire at 7:30 am. Was told to wait 40 mins - 1 hr before them checking if they even have tires in their inventory. An hour later checked in, the rep angrily responded that it would be 2 hours, not 1. After 2 hrs, he comes back and says we don't have the tires in inventory and has requested to bring from another location. Well, you could've told me this 2 hours ago SMH. Again another promise that it will be there in 20-30 mins, and it goes on and on until 12pm. At 12pm he comes back and says, it was brought to the wrong store and they are putting back a new request. Anyways, you guessed it, it was 2 pm by the time I got out of there. I could add more details here on how hard was for 3 yo to wait there

Shoutout for Mitch! Randomly called them for a Tesla alignment. Since Tesla overcharges I wanted to shop around. Mitch not only owns one himself but helped me understand a bit about my issue here with my Tesla. They took a last minute appointment and were quick with the alignment. If you own a Tesla get the lifetime alignment option. It’ll save you money in the long term.
